Your participation will help to determine current state and allow the organization as a whole to assess and plan for the appropriate infrastructure that best supports its projects and staff.
The Organizational Assessment contains 80 questions. They are divided into the 4 key success factors as indicated above. You will be asked to do two things:

1. Answer each question to the best of your ability and from your unique perspective within the organization.
2. Select the four questions in each section that you feel are the most critical issues at hand from your perspective.

Your answers will remain confidential. The information that you provide will be used to consolidate the responses by organizational levels and functional areas.
