The Skill Gap contains 50 questions. Please do not guess. Just answer the questions that you feel comfortable with and the others leave blank. Once complete, your results will be evaluated and they will be returned to you via e-mail, including comparative measurements that Infotech Management employs as a benchmark for each area. For example, Team Leaders will receive their Skill Gap results and comparative results reported by the Team Leader benchmark profile.
